Job summary

Bestinfo Systems LLC in Beverly Hills, CA seeks an AWS Data Architect to design and implement end-to-end data solutions in a hybrid contract role.

You will work with cloud data technologies (AWS, Redshift, Glue), PySpark, SQL, and DBT to build scalable pipelines. 15-20 years experience required; strong communication and agile practices.

Qualifications

• 15-20 years of professional experience in software engineering, data engineering, machine learning, or related field.
• Design and architect end-to-end data solutions leveraging primary data warehouse.
• Strong problem solving and analytical mindset.
• Ability to write robust, maintainable, and extendable code in Python/Pyspark, SQL and DBT.
• Experience with cloud architecture and technologies, in particular AWS, Redshift & AWS Glue.
• Experience with technologies like Spark, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Hive, Terraform is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Databricks would be strongly preferred.
• Experience with agile development and test driven development.
• Understanding of data structures, data modeling and software architecture.
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• Effective communication skills (with team members, the business, and in code)
