  • Service orientation and ability to support users with varying technical comfort
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems like Jira, ServiceNow, or Zendesk or ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to facilitate virtual meetings, webinars, and office hours with live software demonstrations
  • Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau
  • Familiarity with Python, R, SQL, or similar; willingness to learn
  • Knowledge of data sharing, storage, and HIPAA compliance
  • Ability to perform administrative tasks and develop team materials
  • Ability to include required cover-letter responses about interest in the position/OPCA mission

Responsibilities

  • Support data collection, management, analysis, and reporting from varied sources
  • Serve as primary application-support point for OPCA data platforms and health centers
  • Gather and analyze health center performance reports using Arcadia/VisualizOR
  • Provide day-to-day end-user support, account administration, training, and issue resolution
  • Configure and run reports at multiple levels using Arcadia/VisualizOR, Excel, and BI tools
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and distribute actionable reports on clinical quality, outcomes, costs, risk, and finances
  • Develop expertise in Arcadia Healthcare Analytics and explain it to non-technical users
  • Collaborate with Data Manager to maintain data collection tools
  • Manage collection and analysis of Uniform Data System information from member health centers
  • Maintain knowledge of HIPAA and confidential data requirements
  • Monitor, triage, document, prioritize, and resolve support requests via ticketing systems
  • Facilitate member-facing support sessions, webinars, and office hours; prepare materials and follow up
  • Provide one-on-one troubleshooting and dashboard walkthroughs
  • Build and maintain dashboards and share distributions with health centers and OPCA staff
  • Share administrative tasks with Data Team and develop meeting materials

Job description

  • Support collection, management, analysis, and reporting of data from varied sources
  • Serve as a primary application-support point for OPCA data platforms and the health centers and partners using them
  • Gather and analyze health center performance reports using Arcadia/VisualizOR
  • Provide day-to-day end-user support, account administration, training, and issue resolution
  • Configure and run patient-level, practice-level, and health-system-wide reports using Arcadia/VisualizOR, Excel, web-based reporting systems, and OPCA reporting and business intelligence tools
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and distribute actionable reports covering clinical quality, patient outcomes, cost, risk, and financial data
  • Develop expert working knowledge of the Arcadia Healthcare Analytics platform and explain its behavior to non-technical users
  • Collaborate with the Data Manager to develop and maintain data collection and analysis tools and systems
  • Manage collection and analysis of Uniform Data System information from member health centers under supervision
  • Maintain knowledge of requirements relating to Protected Health Information and confidential data
  • Monitor, triage, document, prioritize, and resolve support requests through internal and external ticketing systems
  • Facilitate member-facing support sessions, office hours, and webinars; prepare materials, answer questions, demonstrate functionality, and track follow-up items
  • Provide one-on-one troubleshooting, report and dashboard walkthroughs, and guidance on interpreting platform data
  • Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations and support their distribution to health centers and OPCA staff
  • Share administrative tasks with Data Team members, including checking data products, facilitating meetings, and developing team materials
Requirements

  • Ability to facilitate or co-facilitate virtual meetings, webinars, and office hours, including live software demonstrations
  • Strong computer skills, including thorough knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Tableau
  • Familiarity with Python, R, SQL, or similar scripting/statistical analysis languages is a plus but not required; willingness to learn required
  • Ability to follow protocols for data sharing, storage, and use
  • General knowledge of effective data management principles and practices, including HIPAA compliance
  • Ability to perform administrative team tasks, including quality-checking data products, facilitating meetings, creating agendas and minutes, scheduling meetings, hosting webinars, and developing presentations, protocols, tools, and documents
  • Ability to include required cover-letter responses about interest in the position/OPCA and connection to its mission
