Position: Data and Process Associate

Location: Remote

Role Type: Part-time Contractor (6 Month Project, 20HRs per week)

Compensation: Commensurate with Experience

Mission of the Position:

The mission of the role is to find a detail-oriented and proactive Data and Process Associate who will enhance our team’s efficiency and impact. This role is dedicated to leveraging expertise in the Slate system, data management, and project coordination to deliver accurate reporting, streamline communications, and drive process improvements. Through meticulous attention to detail and a solutions-oriented approach, this position ensures that data-driven insights and optimized workflows support our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Slate System Proficiency:
    • Build and use queries for data entry and data reporting.
    • Develop and generate reports as needed.
    • Create, set up, and manage mailings for communications within Slate.
  • Task and Project Management:
    • Organize and manage multiple tasks with attention to deadlines.
    • Prioritize tasks effectively to meet operational needs.
    • Track progress and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Collaboration and Flexibility:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support data and process needs.
    • Provide support during peak operational periods with a flexible work schedule (especially November–January) in the Eastern Standard Time zone.

Required Competencies:

  • Hands-on experience with the Slate CRM system.
  • Proven ability to create queries, generate reports, and manage mailings within a CRM system.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours during peak times.
