Seaport Entertainment Management, LLC is seeking a Data and Inventory Specialist to manage the invoice process and maintain product information. The ideal candidate will handle invoice reconciliation, vendor coordination, and data integrity across systems.
This temporary position offers compensation of $23‑$25 per hour and also includes benefits like medical coverage and a generous paid time off policy.
The Data and Inventory Specialist role is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of invoice receiving, ensuring timely reconciliation, accurate recordkeeping, and coordination with vendors to resolve discrepancies and request credits. The position also supports data integrity across systems by maintaining accurate product, vendor, and recipe information, enabling reliable inventory mapping and operational reporting. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, a high attention to detail, and familiarity with food and beverage operations. This role reports to the System Implementation Project Manager and supports Product Category Managers. Please note that this is a temporary position, expected to last through the end of the year, depending on business needs.
Experience in invoice processing, cost controlling, or related field. Skilled in managing large data sets. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Proven ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and consistently meet deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Great communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams. Experience with Craftable and/or Toast POS a plus. Basic understanding of Food and Beverage operations preferred.
Compensation range: $23‑$25 per hour.
