CareFirst is seeking a highly skilled Data and Analytics Scrum Master to join our dynamic organization dedicated to delivering innovative Data and Analytics products for key stakeholders.
In this role, you will lead a cross-functional team, guiding them on how to use Agile, Scrum, and Lean values/practices through servant leadership. You will create and nurture a culture of continuous learning, growth mindset, and agile maturity in teams through agile practices, agile mindset, metrics, removal of blockers, and establishing partnerships with leadership. This position plays a crucial role in supporting Data and Analytics as it transitions to Agile at Scale, requiring a collaborative and growth-oriented mindset to effectively manage risks, dependencies, and outcomes.

Education: Bachelor's Degree or, in lieu, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience.
