Job summary

Sawdey Solution Services is seeking a highly experienced Data Analytics Team Lead to provide performance management support and enable data-driven decision-making for government contracts in the Washington, DC area. The role requires extensive data analytics expertise and leadership to guide program performance assessment across multiple systems.

Candidates should have DHS or DoD experience, a BA/BS in a related field, PMP certification, and strong communication and negotiation skills to

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position is TBD. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To:

• Perform advanced data analytics to measure program performance against benchmark targets.
• Consolidate data from multiple systems including Shore Asset Management * (SAM), FSMS, SharePoint, etc. to provide data analysis in support of programmatic decision making.
• Develop enablement tools to improve the data quality across systems of record.
• Sustain and maintain performance management tools developed.
• Perform other duties, as assigned.
• Experience Requirements:
• Minimum 8+ years of DHS or DoD experience.
• Minimum 8+ years of Data Analytics experience. This experience may overlap with DHS/DOD experience.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
• Education Requirements:
• BA or BS in Management, Engineering or Business Certificate, License, and Registration Requirements: PMP certification.
• Other Required Skills & Abilities:
• Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
