Job summary

Bain Capital is seeking a Business Systems Analyst, Data & Analytics in Boston, MA. You will design and support data analytics initiatives across private markets and other departments, leveraging AI and data science tools to accelerate analysis and decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, systems and/or finance.
4+ years of relevant experience.
Experience with investment management, private equity, or alternatives finance is a plus.
Experience with Tableau or Power BI for data visualization.

Responsibilities

Help design, implement and support data analytics initiatives across private markets and other departments.
Assist deal diligence/sourcing using big data and data science tools and technology.
Identify high-value AI use cases with business users and prototype/deploy LLMs and automation.
Build and support business intelligence dashboards with users.
Document data and reporting needs, data flows, and modeling.
Coordinate with vendors and development teams to design/implement solutions.
