Job summary

Keesler Federal Credit Union seeks a Director of Data and Analytics to lead the enterprise analytics strategy and deliver trusted data insights across departments.

You will build the operating model and multi-year roadmap, manage a growing team, and drive data governance, platform modernization, and cross-modal engagement.

This senior role partners with IT, Security, Compliance, and business leaders to enable measurable value through Member 360, dashboards, and predictive analytics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data analytics, BI, or data engineering.
• 4+ years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Experience with data governance, security, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead enterprise data and analytics strategy.
• Manage the data and analytics team including hiring.
• Oversee data sourcing, organizing, curation, visualization, reporting, and advanced analytics delivery.
• Lead the design and implementation of Member 360, fraud detection, segmentation models.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects on platform scalability.
