Santa Fe County NM is seeking a data analytics specialist to collect, implement, and maintain reporting systems for the Assessor’s Office. You will translate user needs into analytical solutions and support strategic objectives with data-driven insights.

You will develop complex reports from ProVal, Ascend, ArcGIS and SQL databases, build standard and ad-hoc queries, and provide technical support to Chief Appraisers.

Qualifikationen

• Associate or relevant degree with data collection, interpretation and analysis.
• Experience with statistical analysis and real estate valuation.
• Ability to design reports and conduct data-driven evaluations.

• Develop and deliver complex reports and analyses from appraisal data.
• Create standard and ad-hoc queries to support data requests.
• Provide data and technical support to Chief Appraisers and staff.
• Perform regression analyses to estimate dataset ranges.
