Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Logistics Center Data Analytics Specialist in Orlando, FL to turn complex data into actionable insights for site leadership and operations. You will develop dashboards, automate data workflows, and validate information across systems to support safety, delivery, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, CS, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics or Statistics.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, operations reporting, or business intelligence in a high-volume environment.
• Advanced experience with Tableau and Power BI dashboards, Snowflake SQL, and ETL automation with Alteryx.
• Team player with strong communication, decision making, and analytical mindset.
• Certifications in Alteryx & Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, SQL Data Visualization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain FAST Logistics Center Digital cockpit/dashboards.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve warehouse operations.
• Provide timely, data-driven insights to the site logistics team for decision-making.
• Generate KPI reports (inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, department performance, forecast demand, capacity).
• Translate business requirements into technical specs for analytics solutions.
• Model and simulate impact of process changes on safety, workflow, cost, and efficiency; integrate new data sources with IT.
