Qualifications

• BS or BA degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or anticipated degree by Dec 2026, from an accredited college/university, plus 0–5 years of experience.
• Hands-on experience designing and building data visualizations and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Sisense, or similar tools.
• Working knowledge of Python for data analysis (pandas, Jupyter Notebook, or similar).
• Strong foundation in numerical, statistical, and mathematical analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Detail oriented; accuracy, consistency, and completeness of work, including validating analytical results.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present analytical findings to leadership.
• Proven logical and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Self-starter, results oriented, and able to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance BI dashboards and reports visualizing operational and business trends.
• Query and extract data from SQL databases and enterprise sources to fulfill business requests.
• Create recurring and ad-hoc reports using SQL, Excel, Power BI, and Python; verify data integrity.
• Automate manual reporting processes using Python (Jupyter), Alteryx, or similar tools with well-documented code.
• Migrate or re-engineer analytical workflows to efficient platforms while ensuring consistency with legacy outputs.
• Provide quantitative analysis, trends, and metrics for strategic initiatives to gauge project impact.
• Communicate data relationships, discrepancies, and impacts to the business and leadership.
• Synthesize BI and trends into actionable recommendations; present findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Program, Operations, and Engineering to gather requirements and identify opportunities.
