Job summary

PDI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst to design, develop, and deliver custom reporting and analytics for Convenience Retail and Major Oil verticals, including mobile payments analytics.

You will partner with analytics, marketing, and business leaders to translate needs into scalable BI solutions on Azure, Sigma Computing, and Power BI, while ensuring data quality and performance. The role emphasizes customer interfacing, SME responsibilities, and delivering dashboards, data extracts,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of BI/Analytics experience.
• Strong SQL knowledge (T-SQL & Spark SQL) for data prep and validation.
• Hands-on with Sigma Computing and Power BI for dashboards and reports.
• Experience with Azure data platform and Databricks.
• Exposure to payments data and CRM-driven audiences is a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build audience segments for targeted campaigns across Email, SMS, and push channels.
• Collaborate with CRM to manage audience transfers to marketing platforms.
• Serve as SME for Convenience Retail and Major Oil verticals and associated analytics.
• Develop, test, and maintain BI reports and dashboards in Sigma Computing and Power BI.
• Write and optimize SQL to support reporting and audience-building.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure reports meet business requirements.
