Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with < 1 year of professional experience or completion of a formal development program.
• Strong analytical thinking and business analytics capabilities.
• Experience with BI, data-driven decision making and data integration.

Responsibilities

• Leverages analytical tools to support analytics processes, tools and applications for a business unit.
• Recommends performance measures including lifts, efficiencies and statistical metrics.
• Analyzes and processes data, builds models and reports, and develops data-driven solutions.
• Assists senior consultants with reports and data-driven findings for stakeholders.
• Supports the use of BI data for predictive analytics and new data marts deployment.
