Job summary

Allstate is seeking a Data Analytics Consultant II to leverage data and analytics to answer moderately complex questions and influence business strategy. You will help develop standards of practice for data retrieval, manipulation, reporting and analytics, and communicate findings to management.

You will build business insights, provide technical expertise, clean and analyze data, monitor initiatives against KPIs, and present findings to leadership while shaping data governance and analytics

Qualifications

• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in SQL.
• Experience working in Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• General insurance knowledge.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job Description

The Data Analytics Consultant II is responsible for leveraging data and analytics to answer moderately complex questions and influence business strategy through communication of findings to management. The position is also responsible for developing standards of practice around data retrieval, data manipulation, data reporting and data analytics.

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is 75,100.00 - 126,325.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
