Job summary

Equifax is seeking graduates for the Data and Analytics Rotational Development Program. You will rotate through 3–4 areas, applying data science to build insights and solutions for risk and marketing needs.

The program emphasizes hands-on analytics, collaboration, and real-world data applications. Participants spend four days in-office (Mon–Thu) with Friday flexibility for remote work, and will gain in-depth knowledge of products, customers, and data assets during a two-year commitment.

Qualifications

• Graduate students obtaining a Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Analytics, Mathematics, or Computer Science or a related STEM field.
• Availability for full-time employment on June 7, 2027 (Spring 2027 graduation dates).
• Experience with ingesting, analyzing and summarizing large data sets.
• Experience with code development in Python, Hive, Impala, R or SAS.
• Experience operating in a Unix/Linux operating system and with Hadoop or other database technologies.
• Experience with data visualization software (e.g., Spotfire, Tableau) a plus.
• Extensive experience utilizing Google Suite.
• Strong communication skills are necessary including the ability to explain methodologies and results to business partners.

Responsibilities

• During the Data & Analytics Rotational Program, you will work with project leads to leverage Equifax’s unique data assets and cutting edge technologies.
• D&A Associates rotate through 3 to 4 different areas within Data & Analytics and solve analytical problems for Equifax customers.
• Create risk and marketing solutions and develop business insights from data assets.
• Audit implementations of products and analytic solutions and build BI visualizations for customers.

What You'll Do:

During the Data & Analytics Rotational Program, you will work with project leads to leverage Equifax’s unique data assets and cutting edge technologies, like our Hadoop analytics platform to solve business problems for Equifax and our customers. D&A Associates rotate through 3 to 4 different areas within Data & Analytics. D&A Associates will creatively and efficiently solve analytical problems and create risk and marketing solutions for Equifax customers.

Key Program Elements

• A two year commitment with 3 work assignments within Data & Analytics - focusing on data science, validation, data processing, direct customer interactions, and data products
• Opportunity for in-depth learning about our products, customers and business
• Analysis of business/marketing intelligence, score development, and score validations
• Auditing of the implementation of products and analytic solutions
• Creation of business intelligence visualizations of insights for customers and data asset summaries for data quality assessments

What you will need:
