Job summary

VaynerX is seeking a data-driven analyst for a 3-month residency in Los Angeles with a hybrid schedule. The role involves delivering social brand performance reports across major platforms and applying statistical methods to measure impact.

The position requires advanced Excel skills, familiarity with analytics tools, and collaboration with VaynerMedia teams. Potential to convert to full-time after residency.

Qualifications

• Three-month residency with potential to go full-time after completion (January 2027 start).
• Deliver regular reporting on social brand performance across Meta, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram and more.
• Apply statistical methods to measure sales lift and content performance.

Responsibilities

• Work with VaynerMedia Account teams to deliver regular social performance reporting.
• Analyze native and third-party analytics to improve brand performance across platforms.
• Collaborate with media planners on campaigns to define platforms, audiences and strategies.
• Assist client-facing campaign reporting, pacing, ad-hoc analysis and optimizations.
• Utilize Excel advanced features (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros).
• Experience with analytics systems like Google Analytics, MOAT/IAS/DoubleVerify, Nielsen/Millward Brown/Oracle Measurement is a plus.
