Responsibilities

• Help compile Assemblies of God World Missions (AGWM) world stats from field leadership annually and manage the database.
• Update and maintain both quantitative and qualitative information using various database applications (e.g., MS Excel, MS Access, Salesforce).
• Assist in preparing and reviewing statistics for AGWM publications.
• Assist the manager in preparing the Annual Personnel Report.
• Prepare, disseminate, and analyze results of surveys in Qualtrics and similar online tools.
• Update databases (e.g., StratOp dashboard, attrition database) with information coming from Executive Committee minutes and other official sources.
