Qualifications

• Three years' experience with database systems and report writing for enterprise software.
• Experience supporting ERP software and an understanding of business processes.
• Bachelor's degree or comparable experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with departments to identify data needs.
• Develops advanced reports and queries for various departments.
• Acts as technical resource for data analysis.
• Oversees the flow of data in and out of various databases and systems.
• Serves as a data expert for Jenzabar One ERP.
• Provides technical support for administrative software and applications that integrate with university databases.
• Trains end-users on accessing reporting and analytics solutions.
• Manages campus analytics software.
• Maintains documentation of reports and data-related customizations.
• Advises in planning future data-related initiatives.
• Collaborates in defining policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and security.
• Participates in professional development initiatives to stay current in the area.
• Other duties as assigned.
