Job summary

Gainwell Technologies LLC is seeking a Data Analytics Reporting Analyst to architect data pipelines and design dashboards for stakeholders, enabling data-driven decisions across health programs nationwide. You will help build scalable data infrastructure and deliver actionable insights for leaders.

The role emphasizes maintaining dashboards, improving data landing times, and collaborating with executives on data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• 5 years of Data Analytics experience.
• Experience in Python or other data scripting languages.
• Experience utilizing a BI visualization tool (Cognos, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• Experience in querying and analyzing large datasets and data platforms.

Architect data pipelines, design, and build new dashboards for stakeholders to address their needs.

• Maintain and improve existing data infrastructure and dashboards based on evolving business requirements.
• Implement changes to our infrastructure to improve the landing time of our data.
• Partner with leadership to identify data-driven improvements, surface risks or issues, and support solution-based initiatives.
• 5 years of Data Analytics experience.
• ~ Experience in Python and/or other data scripting languages.
• ~ Experience utilizing a business intelligence visualization tool (Cognos, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• ~ Experience in querying and analyzing and working with data languages and platforms to investigate large and diverse data sets.
• ~ Demonstrated ability to learn and apply newly emerging data analytic toolkits depending on the problem statement.
• Fully remote position.
• Opportunity to travel through your work up to 25% of the time.
• Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation

The pay range for this position is $51,900.00 - $74,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
