Job summary

Point B seeks an Associate to support client-facing projects, lead workstreams, and partner with engagement leaders to drive delivery and client value in our Chicago-area practice.

You will design plans, monitor risks, and produce artifacts while collaborating with business and technical teams. This role offers growth through diverse engagements and a bonus program, plus a culture that champions inclusion and development.

Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS degree and 2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work on-site as requested and remotely.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.
• Flexibility with non-standard work hours as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Works on client-facing or internal projects under supervision of engagement leaders.
• Supports engagement teams and clients across the lifecycle of engagements.
• Contributes to the development of client-facing solutions or internal processes and capabilities.
• Plans, designs, and implements project/workstream plans with minimal oversight.
• Develops project management artifacts, including schedules and risk logs.
• Conducts data analysis to support project findings and deliverables.
