Overview of Function:

We seek a Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of L.E.K.'s Healthcare Data & Analytics offerings. This role involves working within our Data & Analytics team, collaborating with sector leaders to shape strategy, develop roadmaps, drive adoption, and build scalable solutions leveraging healthcare data assets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Proposition Leadership & Strategy: Own the product lifecycle for healthcare data analytics tools, define and evolve the roadmap, represent client needs, and translate business and scientific goals into product offerings.
2. Solution Development: Lead cross-functional teams to build healthcare data products, define high-value use cases, and embed advanced analytics methods.
3. Client Project Execution & Leadership: Mentor analysts, ensure alignment between teams and clients, support project delivery, and contribute to client proposals and thought leadership.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration & Enablement: Educate teams on data products, develop enablement materials, and promote adoption across functions.
5. Capability Building & Thought Leadership: Serve as SME, monitor industry trends, evaluate data vendors, and maintain competitive resources.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 4-6 years in product management, analytics, or consulting with healthcare data exposure.
• Deep knowledge of RWD sources and standards.
• Experience launching healthcare data products.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, R, SAS, and cloud platforms.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills.
• Healthcare or life sciences consulting experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in relevant fields.
