Job summary

Acara Solutions is seeking an experienced Data Analytics Professional in Cary, NC to turn complex data into actionable insights that inform business decisions and drive operational performance. This contract role (4 months) offers potential to convert to direct hire.

You will work across data sources, analytics tools, and reporting processes, developing clear reports and communicating findings to management and clients. Schedule is 40 hours/week, first shift, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in databases, data management systems, analytics tools, or related technologies to acquire, analyze, and interpret data.

Responsibilities

• Research, analyze, consolidate, and interpret data using statistical and data analytics methods to identify meaningful business insights.
• Source and manage data from primary and secondary sources, maintaining accurate databases and data systems.
• Operate, optimize, and support data management tools, applications, and databases to improve efficiency and data quality.
• Develop clear reports and communicate analytical findings to internal and external stakeholders, including management and customers.
• Contribute to projects and process improvements by developing, testing, or implementing data-driven solutions within your area of expertise.
