Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Cordant Data Analytics Platform Product Manager to define the strategy and roadmap for an enterprise-grade analytics platform. You will drive scalability, performance, and AI-enabled solutions across internal and external ecosystems.

As a senior product leader, you will align global stakeholders, own platform productization, and partner with engineering, cybersecurity, and legal teams to ensure value delivery and enterprise-grade governance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
Significant experience in product management for data, analytics, or platform products.
Ownership of platform-scale solutions used across multiple teams or customers.
Strong understanding of data architectures, analytics platforms, APIs, and AI enablement.
Experience working in complex, global, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

Define and drive platform strategy and multiyear roadmap for enterprise digital platform.
Own productization of data ingestion, federation, contextualization, and analytics capabilities.
Partner with AI teams to scale platform capabilities and enable low-code/no-code workbenches.
Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, and Cybersecurity on platform design decisions.
Lead cross-functional teams toward shared platform goals and governance.
Engage with customers and partners to validate roadmap and market needs.
Define reusable components and value propositions for platform consumers.
Support GTM with narratives and customer-facing materials.
