Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain standardized reports across platforms (Handshake, Advise Assist, Salesforce).
• Explore Handshake Insights to streamline data collection.
• Analyze and report data findings to CDCR staff.
• Provide correlation reports between student engagement, workshops, and outcomes by department.
• Assist with annual report metrics and departmental metrics.
• Create reports to measure outcomes for strategic priorities.
• Develop employer engagement outcome reports with Handshake and Salesforce.
• Design surveys and translate findings into data visuals for program evaluation.
• Build simple reports to support data collection needs.
