Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Data Analyst within Data Intelligence of WCIB Operations. This role will transform data into actionable insights, partnering with leaders to influence strategy and improve operations.

You will build dashboards and analytics tools using SQL, Alteryx, and DOMO to drive decision-making and measurable business results. The position offers high-visibility with executives, exposure to enterprise initiatives, and collaboration across teams while working on-site in multiple U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Three to four years of statistical and/or data analytics experience
• Strong analytical and communication skills

What You'll Be Doing

• Analyze complex data sets and uncover insights that drive business decisions

Location & Schedule

• Milwaukee, WI | St. Paul, MN | Cincinnati, OH | Tempe, AZ

• Schedule 3+ days onsite per week

• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Candidates must be U.S. Citizens and not hold any type of Visa.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience

• Three to four years of statistical and/or data analytics experience

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience with Alteryx, DOMO, SQL, and Excel .

• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, Snowflake, or Google Cloud .

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience presenting data-driven insights to stakeholders.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Experience delivering end-to-end analytics and reporting solutions.

Location Expectations

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $75,820.00 - $89,200.00
