Job summary

Jobtailor in Minnesota is seeking a seasoned data analytics professional to partner with internal teams to gather requirements, perform data discovery and transform large datasets, and build dashboards that drive smarter decisions.

You will translate complex findings into clear insights, apply statistical techniques to uncover trends, monitor outcomes, and collaborate with SMEs to deliver an enterprise‑ready view of data while ensuring governance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Five to seven years of statistical and/or data analytics experience.
• Strong experience with Alteryx and SQL.
• Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Domo, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Background in analytics, advanced analytics, or predictive modeling.
• Solid understanding of data transformation and data modeling concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — written and verbal.
