Job summary

Northern Trust in Chicago offers a 10-week Analyst Development Program that provides hands-on experience with product design, data analytics, and change management. You will work closely with teams across UX, data science, and product management to build skills and contribute to real projects.

The program emphasizes mentorship, networking, and exposure to enterprise data products, with events, workshops, and leadership talks to support early career growth.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree with expected graduation between December 2027 and Summer 2028.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 required.
  • Curious about financial markets with proven analytical, data interpretation and problem‑solving skills; demonstrated leadership and teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product designers and UX researchers to improve digital experiences.
  • Support product management, agile delivery, and marketplace development for enterprise data products.
  • Assist in policy development, metadata management, and data quality initiatives.
  • Contribute to model development, data science projects, and business insights.
  • Help manage change initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and program delivery.
  • Participate in organizational design and capability modeling and operating model transformation.
