Capital One is seeking a Data Analysis Manager to lead analytics and transformation initiatives. You will guide strategy, build models, and mentor junior analysts while delivering end-to-end projects in a fast-paced environment.

The role blends hands-on analytics with leadership across business units and a strong BI focus. You will work with massive datasets, design experiments, and collaborate across teams with limited travel.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field with extensive analytics experience.
• 4+ years of data analytics experience with programming in Python, R, Spark or SQL.
• Strong leadership and project management capabilities; experience mentoring analysts.
• Experience with Tableau and AWS cloud services preferred.
