Job summary

Ascension in Indianapolis, Indiana, is seeking a Data Analytics leader to coordinate analytics activities aligned with department goals and to drive strategic initiatives across the organization.

You will collaborate with leadership to develop analytics strategy, build models and tools, and oversee departmental reporting. The role requires strong guidance of a team and delivery of actionable insights to improve decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 2+ years of cumulative experience in data analytics preferred.
• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data analytic activities to support departmental goals.
• Engage in strategic planning and tactical implementation of analytics initiatives.
• Consult leadership on analytics strategy and develop models and tools across functions.
• Oversee preparation of departmental reports and analyses.
• Establish metrics to support project goals and drive improvements.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Lead a team to develop prescriptive, predictive and inferential analytics tools.
