Our client is seeking a Data Analytics Manager to join the Corporate IT Department. This role involves leading efforts to enable the company to make rapid, data-driven decisions to improve customer satisfaction and profitability through advanced analytics techniques and systems expertise.

The responsibilities include:

1. Utilizing advanced analytics techniques to deliver real-time business insights for timely decision-making.
2. Collaborating with stakeholders to develop data-driven solutions for operational, financial, and control challenges, positioning the analytics function as a strategic partner.
3. Communicating data insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences through storytelling and visualization.
4. Improving data operations by implementing new technologies, enhancing user satisfaction, and establishing effective processes.
5. Recruiting, leading, and developing a team of data analysts, inspiring excellence.
6. Participating in the selection and implementation of data analytics solutions, including data warehouses and visualization tools.
7. Ensuring data accuracy, consistent reporting, and quality control.

Minimum requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in data management, analysis, and insight generation, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
