Experior Financial Group, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Data & Analytics Manager to lead the organization's data strategy, governance, and business intelligence initiatives. This role serves as the primary steward of enterprise data, ensuring the organization has trusted, accessible, and actionable information to support strategic decision-making.

Working closely with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and development teams, you will be responsible for managing the company's data ecosystem, delivering executive dashboards and insights, maintaining visibility into enterprise data assets, and helping define the data architecture that supports future growth. You will transform complex data into meaningful business intelligence while ensuring data is organized, documented, and available to support operational and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary owner and steward of enterprise data, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, accessibility, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Partner closely with executive leadership to develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and reporting that provide meaningful insights into company performance and support strategic decision‑making.
  • Design, maintain, and continuously improve executive reporting frameworks that enable leaders to quickly understand trends, opportunities, and risks across the organization.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive data inventory and data mapping framework, documenting where data resides, how it flows through systems, and how it can be leveraged for current and future business initiatives.
  • Collaborate with development teams to define and support data architecture, data models, and integration strategies that ensure scalability and long‑term usability of enterprise data assets.
  • Gather, clean, organize, and validate data from internal and external sources to ensure high‑quality information is available for analysis and reporting.
  • Work closely with the development team to design and implement efficient data pipelines, ensuring seamless extraction, transformation, and accessibility of data across the organization.
  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, operational improvements, and strategic recommendations.
  • Continuously identify new data sources, metrics, and opportunities to improve organizational performance, efficiency, and business outcomes.
  • Create visualizations, reports, and self‑service analytics solutions that effectively communicate insights to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain data governance standards, definitions, and documentation to improve consistency and trust in organizational reporting.
  • Act as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring data requirements are understood, prioritized, and incorporated into future development initiatives.
  • Continuously refine data processes, reporting capabilities, and analytical tools to improve organizational effectiveness and speed of execution.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with executive leadership and development teams to ensure evolving business priorities are reflected in reporting and data strategy.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data management, data science, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with IMO, Insurance Carrier, and/or financial services operations is strongly preferred.
  • Strong experience with business intelligence platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar reporting and dashboard solutions.
  • Experience designing and maintaining executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and enterprise reporting solutions.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, data governance, and data lifecycle management.
  • Experience working with SQL, data warehouses, ETL/ELT processes, and enterprise data platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, document, and map complex data environments across multiple systems and applications.
  • Strong experience with data cleaning, transformation, and analysis to ensure high‑quality, trusted information is used for decision‑making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data concepts into actionable business insights.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and problem‑solving skills with a proactive mindset and ability to anticipate business and data needs.
  • Must reside and be authorized to work in USA.

Pay Range:

$95,000 - $115,000/yr USD

The compensation range reflects a data‑driven estimate of starting base pay for full‑time (40 hours per week) employment. Individual pay may vary based on geographic location, job related skills, knowledge, experience, education etc.
