Job summary

Wonder Cave, LLC is seeking data-driven analysts to join our team and transform data into actionable insights. You will build dashboards, perform deep-dive analyses, and present findings to stakeholders across the organization to influence product and growth initiatives.

The role requires strong SQL skills, experience with BI tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker), and comfort working with Snowflake as the data warehouse. A startup-fast mindset and collaboration across teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Data Analysis & Visualization – Ability to analyze large datasets and present findings in a clear, actionable way.
• SQL & Database Management – Experience querying databases to extract meaningful insights.
• BI Tools – Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar for reporting and visualization.
• Snowflake – Experience working with Snowflake as the backend data warehouse.
• Excel/Google Sheets Mastery – Strong skills in data manipulation, pivot tables, and formulas.

• Present findings and recommendations in a clear, actionable way to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Improve data collection, organization, and accessibility, ensuring teams have the right information when they need it.

Wonder Cave is looking for highly motivated individuals with education, interest and/or experience in Analytics, Data Management, and Technical Expertise in data modeling to join our team as a Data Analyst.
