Job summary

Citi in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Data Science & Analytics Lead to drive strategic data analysis and deliver scalable intelligence solutions across transformation programs. You will act as a technical authority translating complex data into clear insights that shape business decisions and performance.

Qualifications

• 6 years of hands-on experience applying statistical modelling techniques to large, complex datasets in a professional environment.
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel and Power Query, with the ability to build sophisticated models, automate data workflows, and deliver high-quality analysis at pace.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python, applied to data manipulation, statistical analysis, and the development of scalable, repeatable analytical processes.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize large volumes of data rapidly to build Business Intelligence layers, generate insights, and establish repeatable analytical processes.
• Experience leading process improvement or project management initiatives, with the ability to independently define scope, manage delivery, and drive outcomes.
• Strong capability to conduct business process modelling, workflow analysis, and requirements gathering across multiple business sectors simultaneously.
• Effective communicator with the ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior management.
• Ability to navigate a matrixed organization, influencing stakeholders and negotiating resources across teams to keep programs on track.
• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
• MBA or advanced degree in Information Systems, Business Analysis, Computer Science, or a related discipline is an advantage

• Assess the business implications of technology decisions and proactively identify, elevate, and manage risks to protect delivery timelines and organizational objectives.

In this role, you will act as a recognized technical authority, translating complex data into clear insights that directly shape business decisions and performance.
