• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and document user stories with clear project scope.
• Support daily operations with data analysis, impact analysis, testing, and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to understand processes and resolve issues.
• Assist with monthly business process reporting and executive metrics.
• Apply statistical analysis and programming (Python, SAS, SQL) to derive insights.
• Learn how AI-enabled tools can improve analytics and productivity.
