Avis Budget Group is offering a 10-week Accelerate internship in Parsippany, NJ. You will apply statistics, analytics, and data science to support initiatives for a global mobility organization, working with stakeholders and large datasets.

You will collaborate with data science teams on real-world issues, build predictive models to identify and reduce debt, damage, and risk for vehicle rental, and gain professional development through leadership talks and workshops.

Qualifications

• Active enrollment at a college/university, graduating May or June 2027 - Rising Seniors.
• Pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics or a related field.
• A detail-oriented mindset and way of working.
• Solid business communication skills.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Good working knowledge of business analytics, probability, statistics and/or data science.
• The ability to reliably commute to Parsippany, NJ corporate headquarters. This is a fulltime in office internship.
• The ability to work full time, in person for 40 hours a week.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of statistics, business analytics and/or data science to support analytics projects.
• Interact directly with business stakeholders, handling large datasets and data profiling.
• Work with data science teams on operational issues, building predictive models to reduce debt, damage and risk in vehicle rental.
