AIESEC Mexico is looking for a Scrum Master for the Azure Data Lake team at DHL Supply Chain. This role involves leading Scrum ceremonies, managing obstacles, and promoting agile practices. We are looking for a business IT profile that can take on the responsibilities of being the Scrum Master for the Azure Data Lake team in DHL Supply Chain. The ideal candidate would feel comfortable engaging with internal and external stakeholders while understanding the overall complexity of the topics tackled by the data engineers cycle.

• Lead the Scrum ceremonies in an engaging and effective way
• Remove obstacles that occur during the sprint to make sure the team reaches the sprint goal
• Ensure transparency by maintaining documentation
• Assist the Product Owner in backlog refinement and product roadmap
• Actively promote agile best practices within the team
• Contribute to our reporting PowerBI platform fixing and developing SQL queries
• Possibility to work as Jr. Data Engineer
