Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work accurately with large amounts of information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and processes.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist with collecting and organizing data from various company systems.
• Support the preparation of recurring and special reports.
• Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Help identify trends, patterns, discrepancies, and unusual activity.
• Assist with data validation and quality-control activities.
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets, databases, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Assist with KPI reporting and dashboard development.
• Support department managers with data requests and analytical projects.
• Compare information across systems and research inconsistencies.
• Create charts, graphs, summaries, and presentations.
• Assist with identifying opportunities to improve business processes and efficiency.
• Support projects designed to streamline or automate repetitive reporting tasks.
