Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Data Analytics Intern to support the Enterprise Data & Analytics Platform modernization by redesigning products and adding iterative enhancements for internal and customer-facing tools. The role contributes to CI/CD and a scalable self-service framework to deliver greater business value.

You will work with cross-functional teams on data-driven insights, dashboard development using Tableau/Power BI, and performance tracking across business units.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an undergraduate program pursuing a bachelor's degree in analytics, data science, statistics, economics, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to work with large datasets.
• Proficiency in Excel and Salesforce.com or similar CRM preferred.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI is a plus.
• Familiarity with SQL is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using statistical methods to generate insights.
• Design and build dashboards for internal and customer-facing product builds using BI tools.
• Monitor KPIs for different business units and report performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decisions and process improvements.
• Support platform modernization by contributing to a scalable, self-service delivery framework and CI/CD practices.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to answer business questions through data mining and modeling.
• Document processes, methodologies, and findings for future reference.
