Job summary

Parallon, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks a Manager of Data Analytics and Integration to lead a team delivering data engineering and integration services across CSO lines of business. You will drive data strategy, oversee BI/ETL dashboards, and ensure secure, scalable data solutions with strong stakeholder collaboration.

The role requires healthcare data experience, strong SQL and visualization skills, and leadership capable of delivering results within budget and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field is required.
• 5+ years’ experience in related area with two years healthcare management experience preferred.
• 3+ years of writing/troubleshooting/optimizing SQL for very large data sets.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, SSRS).
• Experience with data warehouse and building BI and ETL dashboards (Visual Studio, SSIS, SQL).
• Knowledge of data architecture, data engineering, and multidimensional modeling.
• PMP or Lean Six Sigma preferred.
• Must have the ability to acquire and maintain wired, high speed internet with 25 Mbps down and 15 Mbps up.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with clients, vendors, Parallon managers and business representatives and technical leads to analyze, define, and document requirements.
• Lead discovery sessions and deliver formal presentations to executives and senior management.
• Advise executives on which reporting solutions to use or request new ones.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC and communicate regular project status, track risks, and maintain documentation.
• Develop plans for professional growth, manage performance reviews and succession planning.
• Help build a Data Analytics and Integration team for long-term growth and sustainability.
• Contribute to the data roadmap with short- and long-term goals and data solutions across multiple lines of business.
