Qualifications

• Hands-on DBT development and testing experience.
• Strong Snowflake and SQL optimization skills.
• Proven design of star-schema dimensional models.
• Deep knowledge of fact and dimension modeling and DW concepts.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team.
• Effective communication of technical concepts to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain star-schema data models, including fact and dimension tables.
• Build and support DBT models and testing frameworks.
• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot data structures and SQL workloads in Snowflake.
• Apply data modeling best practices and dimensional design decisions.
• Partner with Data Engineers, BI Developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders.
• Participate in design discussions, knowledge sharing, peer reviews.
• Support data delivery from ingestion through transformation to semantic layer.
• Document modeling decisions and collaborate to improve data architecture.
