Job summary

Skanska is seeking a Data Analytics Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise data initiatives. You will build intuitive data models and visualizations to empower partners with high-quality, structured data.

The role collaborates with data analysts and engineers to communicate insights clearly, leveraging Power BI, Azure data services, and modern lakehouse concepts to drive business impact across projects.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience with Power BI, including report building, DAX, and visualization best practices.
3+ years of experience in data modeling within data warehouses using modern design patterns.
1+ year of experience with Microsoft Fabric or Databricks. Working knowledge of Lakehouse concepts, Delta tables, data pipelines, and orchestration is required.
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure, including key components such as Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, Azure Blob Storage, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure SQL.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field, or 8 years of equivalent experience, including a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
