Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a data analytics engineer to support analytics, reporting, and data engineering across enterprise data lakes and data warehouses. You will design and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks, ODI, SQL, and Python to transform large datasets.

You will create dashboards with Power BI, Tableau, and Oracle Analytics Server, ensure data quality, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable data solutions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, Data Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in data analytics, reporting, or BI.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise data lakes and data warehouses.
• Strong expertise in Databricks, ODI, SQL, Python, and ETL/ELT development.
• Experience building reports and dashboards with Power BI, Tableau, or OAS.

Responsibilities

• Support data analytics, reporting, and data engineering across lakes, warehouses, and BI platforms.
• Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines for reporting needs.
• Utilize Databricks, ODI, SQL, and Python to transform and validate large datasets.
• Perform data quality checks and support data governance with metadata and lineage.
• Develop BI semantic layers to enable accurate, scalable reporting.
• Create dashboards and reports using Power BI, OAS, Tableau, and similar tools.
• Monitor pipelines, troubleshoot performance, validate dashboard data, and maintain operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, and tech teams to deliver scalable data solutions.
