Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a data analytics professional to support enterprise data lakes, data warehouses, and BI platforms across reporting and analytics initiatives. You will design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines and ensure data quality through governance and metadata documentation.

The role requires 3+ years of experience with BI tools (Power BI, OAS, Tableau) and hands-on data integration using Databricks, ODI, SQL, and Python.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in data analytics, reporting, or BI.
• Experience with data lakes/data warehouses and analytics platforms.
• Experience with Power BI, OAS, Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Strong data governance and metadata documentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Support data analytics, reporting, and data engineering across data lakes, warehouses, and BI platforms.
• Design and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for reporting and analytics.
• Integrate, transform, and validate large datasets using Databricks, ODI, SQL, Python.
• Perform data quality assessments and governance through metadata and lineage.
• Develop BI semantic layers and dashboards/reports with Power BI, OAS, Tableau.
• Monitor pipelines and troubleshoot performance; support operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to deliver scalable data solutions.
