Qualifications

• Minimum five years in litigation support or eDiscovery consulting.

• Strong communication and client service mindset.
• Technical aptitude with matter management and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for clients on discovery-related matters.
• Provide strategic consultation across the EDRM for collection, processing, analysis, and production.
• Advise on search term logic, ESI protocols, production formats, and cost-saving measures.
• Lead QC for deliverables and ensure compliance with policies.
