Formación

• BS or BA in Data Science, Math, Statistics, IT, or related field; 0–5 years experience.
• Hands-on data visualization experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Sisense.
• Python for data analysis (pandas, Jupyter Notebook).
• Strong numerical, statistical, and mathematical analysis foundation.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office; detail oriented and organized.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to convey results to leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and improve BI dashboards and reports showing operational and business trends.
• Query and extract data from SQL databases and enterprise sources to fulfill requests.
• Create recurring and ad-hoc reports using SQL, Excel, Power BI, and Python; ensure data integrity.
• Automate reporting workflows using Python, Alteryx, or similar tools.
• Migrate or re-engineer analytical workflows to more efficient platforms; validate results.
• Provide quantitative analysis, trends, and metrics for strategic initiatives.
• Synthesize data into clear recommendations and present to peers and leadership.
• Collaborate with internal teams to standardize reports and improve efficiency.
• Build tools to help operational users carry out day-to-day tasks.
