Motion Recruitment is seeking a Data Analytics Developer for a full-time position in the United States. The role centers on designing and maintaining ETL pipelines using SSIS and Talend, with strong SQL work and data migration experience.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to onboard new data sets, monitor pipeline performance, and help establish data quality and governance standards while leveraging AWS, Airflow, and Python.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in data engineering or analytics development.
• Strong SQL and relational database concepts.
• Hands-on ETL with SSIS and Talend.
• Experience building data pipelines and ingestion workflows.
• Experience migrating data between systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using SSIS and Talend.
• Write complex SQL queries for data transformation and validation.
• Support data migration across systems while ensuring data integrity.
• Monitor data pipelines and troubleshoot performance issues.
