Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Data Analytics Developer to support analytics, reporting, and data engineering across enterprise data lakes and BI platforms. You will design and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks, ODI, SQL, and Python to transform large datasets and ensure data quality.

You will develop BI semantic layers and dashboards with Power BI, OAS, Tableau, and other tools, while monitoring production pipelines and collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver scalable

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
  • Three or more years of professional experience in data analytics, reporting, data engineering, or BI initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience supporting enterprise data lakes, data warehouses, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong expertise with: Databricks, ETL/ELT development and orchestration, ODI, SQL, Python, data integration and transformation, data quality validation and monitoring, metadata management and documentation, BI semantic layer development and support.
  • Experience developing reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI, Oracle Analytics Server (OAS), Tableau, or similar BI tools.
  • Knowledge of production support processes, including pipeline monitoring, issue resolution, defect management, and operational maintenance.
  • Experience applying AI-enabled tools to data modeling, anomaly detection, pipeline automation, and analytics acceleration.
  • Experience with SEMOSS (Semantic Open Source Software).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with technical and business teams.
  • Experience supporting cloud-based data and analytics environments.
  • Familiarity with data governance and modern data architecture best practices.
