Job summary

Wipfli LLP is seeking a consulting intern to help companies thrive through innovative thinking, structured problem solving and IT systems implementation. You will work on BI projects, create dashboards, and assist with client data management under mentor guidance.

The internship offers exposure to Insurance, Health Care, Construction and Manufacturing industries, with a hybrid work model requiring 2–3 days in office or at client sites.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field of study
• Preferred 3.0 GPA or higher
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in data manipulation using Python, R, or SQL
• Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to build professional business relationships
• Legal authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis; no sponsorship needed presently

Responsibilities

• Assist in analysis, design and implementation of BI systems to help clients turn data into meaningful information
• Create dashboards to communicate insights effectively
• Utilize Tableau, Power BI, Qlik and other tools for data visualization projects
• Assist in data collection and organization from various sources
• Support senior mentors with client data management needs
• Engage in business analysis and project management for software solutions in Insurance, Health Care, Construction and Manufacturing

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Business Administration,

• Above average class performance as demonstrated by college GPA; Preferred 3.0 GPA or higher
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools like Python, R, or SQL
  preferred.
• Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik) preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to build and foster professional business relationships
• Desire to help companies maximize value by leveraging technology and process
  improvement

Additional Details

This role requires a hybrid work arrangement.At Wipfli, hyrbid work is defined as associates regularly working 2-3 days a week in a Wipfli office or at client sites.The client sites can vary locally, regionally, or nationally depending on the industry alignment. Scheduled meetings at the client and in the office require in-person attendance.
