Job summary

Mercury Marine in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, invites you to join its CX Data Analytics team as a Data Analytics Co-Op. You will work across data engineering, analytics, and research to build pipelines and uncover insights from telemetry data while presenting findings to stakeholders.

Gain hands-on experience with the full data lifecycle, leveraging Microsoft Fabric/Synapse. The program offers learning opportunities and projects in a collaborative, onsite setting.

Qualifications

• Currently in final year of undergraduate or graduate program in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Foundational skills in statistics, programming, database querying, and data visualization.
• Exposure to AI concepts such as building agents, prompt engineering, or machine learning workflows.
• Eagerness to deepen expertise in one or more of these areas through hands-on project work.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data processing and enrichment pipelines using Microsoft Fabric/Synapse.
• Explore and analyze telemetry datasets to discover actionable insights that support engineering, manufacturing, and CX teams.
• Respond to ad-hoc data requests to support and facilitate day-to-day business decisions.
• Apply statistical methods and research techniques to solve analytical problems.
• Present findings and recommendations to team members and stakeholders through reports and presentations.
