Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Reporting & Automation, Data/Information Management Analyst roles with proficiency in business intelligence tools/technologies like SQL, SAS, Python, PySpark, Tableau etc.

Responsibilities

• Data Collection and Analysis: Gathering data from various sources, cleaning it, and analyzing it to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business operations.
• Report Generation: Designing, developing, and maintaining regular and ad-hoc reports for different stakeholders with KPIs and metrics.
• Automation Development: Identifying manual, repetitive tasks and developing automated solutions to streamline them using scripting and automation tools.
• Process Improvement: Analyzing workflows to pinpoint inefficiencies and recommending improvements, leveraging automation.
• Dashboard Creation: Developing interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau, Python, Power BI for real-time visibility.
• Stakeholder Communication: Presenting findings and recommendations to departments and management in a clear manner.
• System Maintenance: Ensuring accuracy and reliability of reporting systems and automation tools, troubleshooting issues.
• Documentation: Documenting data requirements, processing, cleaning, and exploratory data analysis.
• Data Governance and Quality: Maintaining data quality and governance compliance.
